Member Programs

Unlike commercial gyms that leave you to figure it out, XGYM members have access to coach-designed programs built on periodisation and progressive overload. Each program is structured for measurable progress and real results.

Every program at XGYM is evidence-based and periodised to manage fatigue, prevent plateaus, and build sustainable progress. We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all training. Our programs scale across experience levels and adapt to your individual needs.

XGYM Strength Foundation

Duration: 12 weeks
Level: Beginner-Intermediate
Frequency: 3 days/week

Perfect for those new to structured training. Master fundamental movement patterns, establish consistent technique, and build a solid strength base. Includes detailed form cues and progression protocols.

Duration: 8 weeks

Dedicated muscle-building block emphasising higher rep ranges, volume accumulation, and strategic exercise selection. Optimised for lean mass gain with targeted hypertrophy protocols and nutrition guidance.

Powerlifting Peaking Program<

Duration: 10 weeks
Level: Intermediate-Advanced
Frequency: 4 days/week

 

Build maximum strength with periodised intensity progression. This program follows a classic meet-prep structure with accumulation, intensification, and realisation phases. Includes platform-ready technique work.

Enhance power, speed, and athletic capacity. Combines strength training with explosive movement development and sport-specific conditioning. Designed for competitive athletes across various sports.
