Spectators: Entry is free for all spectators and they will get the chance to enter a draw on the day and win prizes!

▪️ IPF Spec Rules and Weight Classes
▪️ Weigh in from 7am | Lift-off from 9.00am
▪️ No approved equipment required
▪️ This comp is limited to 40 lifters
