How It Works

  2. Complete your first DEXA scan 
  3. Train your way—on your own terms, at your own pace 
  4. Final DEXA scan at the end of 12 weeks 
  5. We measure your transformation based on:
    ➡️ % body fat lost
    % lean muscle gained 
  6. Most impressive score = $2,000 winner
